My journey at Neftaly over the past six years, from 2020 to 2026, has been a period of learning, growth, and personal development. During this time, I experienced the challenges of working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, learned the research, leadership, and team management, and developed professional skills that have shaped who I am today.
2020 – I Was Working from Home
- COVID-19 started, and we working from home.
- I worked as a Data Manager, managing and organizing data remotely.
2021 – Going Back to Office
2022 – Chief Research Role & Training
- I worked from home as Chief of Research.
- I received research training, developing my skills in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
2023 – International Collaboration
- Mr. Malatjie invited Mrs. Arin from America to assist us with research.
- Through this collaboration, I became a professional researcher, improving my knowledge
2024 – 2025 – Team Development
- Introduced interns to our Midrand office and monitored their progress.
- I Gained experience in mentoring, delegating tasks, and decision-making.
- Learned how to Work with many peple anther my Royalty and manage a team
2026 – Patience and Growth
- Learned to be patient in all tasks and decisions.
- Began 2026 with a commitment to guidance and protection from God for continued success in 2027.
